Can't make it to a Computer Class or Open Tech Time?
Book a 1 hour appointment with a librarian for One-on-One technology help!
We can help you with:
- Windows 7, 10, and 11 Basics
- Mac, iPad, or iPhones Basics
- Android Phone Basics
- Kindle or Nook eReader Basics
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Publisher Basics
- Email Basics
- Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, Pinterest or LinkedIn Basics
- Downloading Library eBooks or audiobooks onto your computer or portable device
Please Note:
- Bring all necessary passwords needed to access your device or accounts if possible.
- You may only book ONE appointment at a time (instructor will determine if more appointments will be needed in the future). Maximum six appointments per patron per year.
- We are unable to troubleshoot/fix malfunctioning devices, take apart or replace parts, or participate in credit card transactions.
- After two missed appointments, you will no longer be able to use this service.
