- William Hall Library Auditorium: Accommodates 100 chairs (theater style) or 50 chairs around 15 tables, projector and sound system available, $50 for three hours; $50 for each additional hour.
- William Hall Library Conference Room: Conference table with seating for 12, two hour limit, no room use fee.
- William Hall Library Program Room: Accommodates 50 chairs (theater style) or 24 chairs around 6 tables, $50 for three hours; $50 for each additional hour,
