Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)

Is there a fee to use the Meeting Rooms?

There is a small fee to use the Central Community Room, William Hall Program Room, and William Hall Auditorium. The small conference rooms are available at no charge. Please select a room above to find the request form for each room.

How often can I request the use of a Meeting Room?

The Central Community Room may be reserved once per quarter. All other rooms may be reserved once per month.

Are Meeting Rooms available on a walk-in basis?

Sometimes. If you need a meeting room on short notice, please ask a staff member and we might be able to accommodate your group for that day if a meeting room is available.

Can Meeting Rooms be used by individuals?

Unforunately, we do not have Meeting Rooms or Study Rooms for use by just one person. Our Meeting Rooms are for groups of 2 or more people.

Can I bring food and/or drink for my meeting?

Outside food and drink (no alcohol) are allowed in the Central Community Room, William Hall Program Room, and William Hall Auditorium. No food/drink is allowed in the Central Seminar Room or the William Hall Small Meeting Room.  Report any spills to staff immediately.

I forgot something I needed for my meeting.

Just ask! We have various equipment, like easels and markers, that may be borrowed for your meeting.
